Why we made a second Alien Stage quiz

Our original 'which Alien Stage character are you?' quiz is fast, situational and light on introspection — the kind of thing you take on your break and screenshot for your group chat. But a lot of you told us it felt like a personality test for the version of yourself you show at work, not the one at 2 AM.

The kin quiz is different by design. Every question is aimed at what you actually do when nobody is watching: how you handle grief, what you save from a burning room, what you fear, what a diary that isn't yours makes you feel. Twelve questions, six deep archetypes, weighted so the results don't collapse toward Mizi and Sua (a known problem with fan quizzes).

The six kin archetypes

  • Mizi — hope-forward. You lead with softness on purpose. Loyalty verges on stubbornness. You are the reason people remember what they came here for.
  • Sua — perceptive grief. You feel the room two seconds before it happens. Ache and love live in the same organ.
  • Till — restraint architecture. You have narrowed your world on purpose. Precision is your form of survival.
  • Ivan — total devotion. You decided how it ends a long time ago, and you would still rather lose on purpose than watch them lose.
  • Hyuna — load-bearing patience. You have rebuilt yourself more times than you have counted. Others rebuild themselves against you.
  • Luka — camera-fluent glamour. You know exactly how you look from every angle and you have decided to use it.

What is a kin quiz?

'Kin' is fandom shorthand for identifying strongly with a character — feeling like your inner life resembles theirs, not just wanting to be them. Alien Stage has an unusually devoted kin community because each of the six leads maps onto a distinct emotional archetype: Mizi (hope), Sua (grief), Till (restraint), Ivan (devotion), Hyuna (patience), Luka (glamour). This 12-question kin test tries to match you honestly rather than by aesthetic alone.

How is this different from the "which Alien Stage character are you" quiz?

The 'which character are you' quiz is lighter, ten questions, and matches on situational choices — what would you do in the arena. The kin quiz is twelve questions, more introspective, and matches on how you handle grief, love, being watched and being remembered. Take both if you want a fuller picture; results often differ.

Which characters can I get?

One of the six canon contestants: Mizi, Sua, Till, Ivan, Hyuna or Luka — the same six who each have a solo track in the ALNST Sub line.

Is this an official test?

No. zombiestage.com is an unofficial fan hub. The quiz is fan-made, free, and produces results based on internal scoring — no AI, no data collection beyond standard anonymous analytics.

Can I retake or share the result?

Yes. The result page has a Share button (uses native OS share on mobile, copies to clipboard on desktop) and a Download PNG button that produces a 1200×630 card sized for X / Bluesky / Tumblr.
